Thollem McDonas is a profound musician, multimedia artist, writer and activist in community, culture and politics.  His work spans performances for solo piano &  multimedia, collaborations with West African and Javanese ensembles and works with symphony orchestra. Here, we'll be presenting this heavyweight thoughtful musician in collaboration with the marvelous bassist Hil Greene and dynamic, energetically expansive drummer Marc Edwards.  Both are NYC institutions, and this event, in LOOVE LABS' audio salon, will be an extraordinary opportunity to hear his musical process in synergy with strong collaborators- and a well-voiced 225 CM Bosendorfer grand piano in an acoustically treated studio space.  please join us in welcoming Thollem- and in congratulating ESP DISK on their 60th anniversary.
